April was all about getting our big old family house ready to put back on the market
and being here when my mom rang the bell following her last radiation treatment. Woo! Woo!
But I still found some time to find a few new crushes that I wanted to share with you here like this site where I saw those GORGEOUS emerald green lamps.
In getting ready to sell a house I look at the place with new eyes and thought my closet could use a bit more purging and tidying. I had a lot of mismatched hangers so I donated most of them and replaced them with these hangers for a cleaner more organized look.
While I was in my closet and organizing my shoes, I decided that these shoes are the most comfortable and stylish sneakers I have ever worn. They are my go to and my travel shoe so when I saw they were showing some wear I ordered them again. Is that crazy?
While I was there I also saw this fun pair for spring and summer.
After the closet, I did a deep clean in the master bath and came up with this solution for that grungy seal at the bottom of our shower door.
But it wasn't all work. I did carve out some time to devour this book This one is a meaty read that would be great for book club discussions.
Also, it wasn't until recently, that I discovered this site for great buys on books. After signing up, I get an email every day with their deals of the day. There are best sellers and enticing titles I have never heard of but I sure like seeing all the money I have saved by linking up to this purchasing option.
At the urging of our kiddos, we started watching this show. I'm obsessed. I even added the theme song to my phone for a ringtone. LOL. We were ready for something funny, light, and saucy and this checked all our boxes.
